I forgot to post the recipe for the Pistachio Cake...
Pistachio Cake
Crystal Wilson – Beaverton, OR
2 pkgs. Instant Pistachio Pudding
1 white cake mix
½ c milk
½ c water
½ c oil
5 eggs
Beat all above ingredient in mixer till mixed
Pour into 3 small round cake pans. Bake at 350 till done.
Stake cakes with frosting in between and frost the whole cake.
Frosting: 1 lg. Cool whip
1 pkg pistachio pudding
½ c milk
